How To: Make your website float in the center of a webpage

5 06 2012

So when you make a website on Dreamweaver all of your content tends to stick to the left side of the webpage. There is one quick and easy fix to this problem. It only takes three Steps!

1. You are going to create a Div around everything in the body and give it the id: Container

<div id=”Container”>

2. You have to close the Div at the end of the code but before you close out the body!

3. Go up to the top of your code and inside of the style tags and copy and paste the code below. You have to adjust the height and width to the size of your webpage (THIS HAS TO BE THE EXACT SIZE OR IT WONT WORK).

height: 700px;
width: 900px;
position: relative;
margin:0 auto;

Now you are done and your Dreamweaver website should be floating in the middle of your browser! Thanks and subscribe for more,

How To: Get Posters For Kony Cover The Night

18 04 2012

So a lot of people have been complaining about how they ordered posters from the invisible children website and they still have not been delivered. I have a solution. If you go to and scroll down almost to the bottom and click “Download the kit”. Then on the page that pops up click on the “Posters” tab for your appropriate language. Then it will download PDF versions of the posters for free and you can then print them out at your house, office, school, or local printing service. Its way easier and its free!

How To: Pierce An Ear

13 04 2012

Since I have been having trouble with coming up with blog ideas a classmate helped me out. She says that ,since movies depict piercing ears as easy as placing an apple behind your ear and poking a needle through, I should post the proper way. So here you are!

1. Disinfect ear lobe with hydrogen peroxide

2. Take a marker and mark where you want to put the piercing until you are satisfied with the placements

3. Get ice and numb the ear

4. Disinfect the needle by lighting a match, sticking the needle through the fire, then dipping the needle in hydrogen peroxide and wiping it off

5. Once the ear is numb poke the needle through the spot marked by the marker (Make sure it goes straight in)

6. Pull the needle out and put an ear ring in as quickly and neatly as possible

7. Repeat steps 1-6 for the other ear

8. Leave the ear rings in for six weeks and then feel free to change them whenever you want

How To: Read A Book

12 04 2012

This is much more complicated then it sounds. Some read books completely wrong. Follow these steps and you will successfully read a book. (You have to know how to read for this to work)

1. Hold it the right way around

2. Start at the top and work your way down

3.  Read left to right

4.  When you finish the page on the left side, make sure you start back over on the right page. You are not just done because you finish one page

5. After you finish the set of two pages, flip the page and start over!

6. Repeat steps 2-5 until you reach the end of the book. Then close the book, place it on a shelf and go do something fun

How To: Juggle Three Objects

9 04 2012

So I’m starting to have trouble with ideas for my blog and I came up with juggling. If you have any ideas, please comment on this post with them! I would really appreciate it! So anyway, juggling. It’s pretty simple if you just do these 4 steps until you master them.

1. First thing is just throw ONE ball from your right hand in an arch up to your face then have it land in your left hand. You should NOT MOVE your hand to catch the ball.

2. Do step one but from left to right. This is because juggling involves both hands and you have to be equally skilled with both.

3. Once you have MASTERED steps 1 and 2 you can move on to 3: Step three is basically step 1 and 2 combined. You are going to throw the ball from your right hand in an arc in front of your face and then just as that one is at the top of its path, release ball number 2  from your left and arc it in front of your face and then into your right hand. Do this as many times as you need to until you MASTER it! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO #4 IF YOU DON’T MASTER STEP 3!

4. Now, add the third ball! You are going to basically do a loop: Right arc to left, left arc to right, right arc to left, etc. Getting that to be second nature is difficult, but it is fun once you can do it! Now, you are juggling.
